The wine is in oak for 6 months to gain a note of vanilla. Increasing use of stainless and cold fermentation provides ever fresher and decidedly forward fruit that leaps from the glass. Aromas of peaches and cream, citrus blossom and apricot greet you at the first introduction. Fruit flavors of apricot and peach are accented with spice. The wine is crisp and rich with beautiful elegance and a very long finish.
This Pinot Noir has aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cola accented with hints of oak spice and vanilla. In the mouth, this wine is rich with nice soft tannins and flavors of berries, vanilla and spice that fade into a lovely long finish.
The 2009 Zinfandel has aromas of blueberries and black stone fruits accented with black pepper. Polished tannins and flavors of berries, spice and toasty oak lead to an elegant, balanced, and soft finish.
This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavors of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish. Good structure, a moderate weight, polished tannins and a balanced acidity promise an ever more pleasing wine to come.
There is no mistaking the New World style of this wine. Intense aromas of grapefruit, citrus, kiwi and fresh cut grass greet the nose. As you drink, the crisp acidity gives the wine a fresh vibrant feel with flavors of grapefruit, lime zest and grass that closes with favors of melon and a nice tart finish.

Our 2007 The Butler showcases the intense character Biodynamic grapes can bring to a great wine. The blend is predominately Syrah with the addition of Grenache, Mourvedre and Petite Sirah for added complexity and interest. The resulting wine is filled with aromas of ripe plum and dark cherries with a hint of violets.
Our 2006 McNab showcases the intense character Biodynamic grapes can bring to a great wine. For this vintage we created a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with Malbec and Old Vine Petite Sirah for added layers of complexity. The resulting wine has aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and cedar with touches of licorice and mint.
This Muscat has an intense floral nose with delicate notes of honeysuckle and orange blossoms. Low alcohol and bold acidity offers a refreshing brightness from the wine that finishes clean and crisp.
